Cogli L’attimo - This is Italian for “seize the moment”. In this talk, John addresses the issue of opportunity - how we get opportunities, and how to make the most of them. He shares from his experience as a published author, including how to overcome failure and push through obstacles in your path.
The Pursuit of a Vision - In this message, John deals with the topic of having a dream, and what it takes to pursue it. Vision is what fuels us, and John will talk about developing a clear and compelling vision for your life and challenge you to go for it.
Why Sport Matters - John has been working with Division 1 college athletes for 25 years, aside from having played volleyball in college. In addition, he has coached various sports at all levels ranging from Little League through high school varsity and high level AAU. In addition, he has written two sports-themed books and has relationships with various pro athletes and sports media personalities. All this to say: sports are in John’s blood, and one thing he has learned over the years is that sport matters, not just in the United States, but around the world. In this talk, John talks about the universal language of sport, and why sport is a great lab for life.
