Writing is a passion, but my real work is serving student-athletes on the university campus with Athletes in Action, an interdenominational Christian sports ministry that has chapters all over the U.S. and around the world. Presently, I serve at the University of Connecticut, as well as being the Northeast Regional Director with AIA. My writing affords me the opportunity to share lots of ideas with readers, and my in-person work with students, coaches, and staff at UConn and around our region is incredibly rewarding. We’ve found that so many student-athletes have a deep desire and need to connect their faith with their sport. I have the privilege of serving the athletic community through teaching and mentoring these students. Our work is non-profit, and I’d love to give you an opportunity to give to our ministry.
